Sheet metal width up to 2000 mm and length up to 12000 mm and more.
Sheet metal thickness top plate: 0.8 mm up to 2.0 mm.
Sheet metal thickness bottom plate: 0.8 mm up to 20 mm.
Sheet metal width up to 78.74 inch and length up to 472.44 inch and more.
Sheet metal thickness top plate: 22ga. up to 14ga.
Sheet metal thickness bottom plate: 22ga. up to 0.78 inch
Most common sheet thicknesses are 0.8 mm up to 1.5 mm | 22ga. up to 16 ga.
Single embossed: 0.8 mm top plate to a 1.2 mm bottom plate up to 2.0 top plate to a 20 mm bottom plate
Double embossed: 0.8 top plate to a 0.8 mm bottom plate up to 2.5 mm top plate to a 2.5 mm bottom plate
Single embossed: 22ga. top plate to a 18ga. bottom plate up to a 14ga. top plate to a 0.78’’ bottom plate
Double embossed: 22ga. top plate to a 22ga. bottom plate up to 12ga. top plate to a 12ga. bottom plate
SS304(L), SS316(L), SMO, carbon steel, duplex up to 904L and even titanium and copper. Most common used is SS304(L)
